Soldiers Return
Proud grandfather Bill Medhurst has spoken of his joy at his grandson's return from Iraq.
World War II veteran Bill, 82, is thrilled that grandson Major Christopher Medhurst-Coxworth, has come home. He flew back to his base in Germany before returning to England.
Christopher, a 34 year old former pupil of Red House, has been serving in Iraq with the 2nd Royal Tank Regiment.
Tragic Death of Former Red House Pupil
All at Red House School would like to offer deepest condolences to the family and friends of Alistair Peach, who tragically died in a car accident on 18 September 2007.
Alistair was a valued member of the Red House School community and he will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Ex-Red House Pupil Takes Part in Iron Man Competition
Mark Stevenson, who left Red House School in 1976, is taking part in one of the most gruelling and challenging contests in the world. The Iron Man challenge, which will take place in Nice, France, is a triathlon competition which consists of a 3.8km swim, followed by a 180km cycle ride, culminating in a 42km marathon! Mark, who lives in Bejiing and is married with three children, will attempt the mad challenge on 24th June 2007. He hopes to complete the duration course in 14hrs. So far Mark has raised $13,600 in sponsorship.
