Fees are payable in full before the first day of the term to which they apply. Alternatively, fees can be paid using Holmwoods Termtime Collections payable in four equal instalments per term. A leaflet is available on request from the School Office.

* This figure is inclusive of the Sure Start Nursery Grant which can be used to reduce the tuition fees. The grant, available for the two years following a child's 3rd birthday, is claimed by the school on behalf of the parents and deducted from the fees.
** Rates available on request, from the Director of Music, as these and are payable directly to the individual music teacher. One half term’s notice or one half term’s fees in lieu of notice will be required to end tuition.
Charges for examinations are included within the school fees. Where pupils re-sit examinations e.g. modular GCSEs, or request re-marks, the cost will be added to the bill.
The School reserves the right to add to the bill small and/or unexpected charges incurred by your child. These are unusual, and are unlikely to exceed £20 in total per bill without prior reference to you.
