Last Friday I wrote to the parents of children in the Nursery & Infant School informing them that Miss Everington will be leaving Red House at the end of the summer term.
Due to the increasing demands of caring for her aged parents and an aged aunt, Miss Everington is finding it difficult for her to devote as much time to the School as she would wish, and she has therefore decided to relinquish her post.
Miss Everington can look back at very successful career in education. As Head of Red House Nursery & Infant School she can be extremely proud of what she has achieved and the way the School has developed under her leadership. I am sure you will join with me in wishing her all the very best for the future.
An advertisement for her replacement has been placed nationally and I will be looking to appoint a worthy successor before the end of term.
