It has been wonderful having the children back in school. They have adapted well to the measures we have put in place and I know they have enjoyed their first few days. There are, of course, certain tweaks we can make and we will continue to review our provision to ensure we can keep the children as safe as possible whilst ensuring they receive a quality education.
I would also like to welcome our new families to the Red House community. Forty two new pupils joined this term which is our largest intake since I joined the school. I am sure we will continue to go from strength to strength.
Please can I ask you to always check the letters attached to Pupil Post because I do not always refer to each letter in the body of my message. We try to send very few letters during the week so that you know to expect letters each Friday.
Parking around the Green
Please can I remind you to park with due consideration and never to park on the grass. I have already received a complaint from a neighbour and we wish to maintain positive relations with the community.
School Photographs: Wednesday 23 September
Tempest Photography will be coming into school to take individual photographs of the pupils on this day. A letter from Dr Ashcroft is attached which provides further information.
Open Morning: Saturday 26 September
We will be holding an open morning albeit with a slightly different format. Families will be required to book and social distancing will be observed. Please encourage family and friends to contact Mrs Bellerby on the school number.
I hope you have a lovely weekend.
