Following an incident last week, I am asking all parents not to provide nuts as a snack for their child/children. We do have some children in School who are extremely allergic to nuts whose health and well being we need to protect. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
I would also like to make you aware that from Monday 16th June we are revamping the dining experience for pupils at both the Nursery & Infants and Prep & Senior School. We have made a significant investment in new catering equipment including new serving stations and new crockery. In addition we have appointed a new catering firm, Wilson Vale, who will be taking over the management of our catering services.
Wilson Vale will help to enhance the dining experience through their new menus which focus upon providing fresh seasonal produce. Wilson Vale’s use of quality, seasonal ingredients will be key to maintaining our high food standards at School. They roast all of their meats on site, make their own soups and salads on a daily basis and freshly bake a wide variety of breads, such as focaccia, ciabatta and malted wholemeal bread.
The new menu will be available on the School website, under the meals section, from Friday 13th June for you to view. The menu will be changed on a weekly basis and will be available on the website every Friday afternoon.
