Year 3 Transition Day
On Monday 29th June pupils will spend the day with their new teacher as part of the school’s transition process.
On Transition Day children need to be in school by 8.35am to register as normal with their current teacher. They will then be taken to Main School where they will meet their new form teacher. A letter informing parents which form their child is in will be sent home at the end of the day. The children will spend the day doing a variety of activities to help them become familiar with their new surroundings and routines. The children will need to take their PE kit with them and their usual morning snack. At the end of the day (3.25pm) they will be dismissed from the door at the front of Main School adjacent to the wooden gates to the right of the Main School building.
You will have already received a letter from Mr Taylor inviting you to attend a KS2 Assembly on Transition Day in the Main School Hall at 8.55am and meet key members of staff followed by a tour of the School.
Please park on the School tennis courts in order that the Church car park is kept free for Church users.
Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me.
