Wilson Vale’s Catering Team works together with Red House to help provide a healthy balanced diet, operating within statutory guidelines and following the catering industries best practices.

Food is an important part of the school day and we offer a wide range of food with choices on each course.  Our focus is upon providing fresh seasonal produce and therefore menus are changed on a weekly basis.

Wilson Vale roast all of their meats on site, make their own soups and salads on a daily basis and freshly bake a wide variety of breads, such as focaccia, ciabatta and malted wholemeal bread.

Wilson Vale also document all the ingredients used within School. This is particularly important for those individuals who have allergies.  If your child has a special dietary need, please contact the school office and arrangements can be made to suit them, or if you have any queries about the ingredients used in preparing the food please contact the school office and we will pass the information to you.
