Early YearsNursery and Reception Pupils Build Confidence Through Bike Training
Nursery and Reception children have recently completed an exciting bike training programme delivered by Wheel Education Ltd. The sessions provided a fantastic opportunity for our youngest pupils to develop their cycling skills, build confidence and enjoy being active outdoors.

Developing Cycling Skills from an Early Age
Throughout the programme, children took part in a variety of fun and engaging activities designed to improve their balance, coordination and bike handling skills. Under the guidance of the experienced instructors from Wheel Education Ltd, pupils were encouraged to challenge themselves and make steady progress at their own pace.
The training helped children gain greater confidence on their bikes while learning important skills that will support them as they continue their cycling journey.
Learning Through Fun and Active Experiences
At Red House School, we believe that active learning experiences play an important role in supporting children’s physical development and wellbeing. The bike training sessions were filled with smiles, enthusiasm and determination as pupils practiced new techniques and celebrated their achievements.
It was wonderful to see the children growing in confidence with every session and enjoying the sense of accomplishment that comes from mastering new skills.
The children had a fantastic time, and it was clear to see how much their bike skills improved throughout the training. We are incredibly proud of their efforts and look forward to seeing them continue to develop their confidence and love of cycling.
