🌈 Red House School Celebrates Rainbow Flag Award Achievement
Red House School is proud to announce that we have once again achieved the prestigious Rainbow Flag Award, a national recognition that celebrates our dedication to LGBT+ inclusion and fostering a safe, supportive environment for every member of our school community.
The Rainbow Flag Award is a national quality assurance framework that acknowledges schools making meaningful strides in LGBT+ inclusion, visibility, and equality. At Red House School, our focus is on ensuring that every pupil, staff member, and family feels valued, respected, and supported every day.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to Mr Barnbrook-McKay for his tireless dedication in leading this important work. We also want to recognise the contributions of our staff, pupils, and families who collectively make Red House School a welcoming and inclusive community.
Dr Rebecca Ashcroft, Head of Red House School, said:
“Creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and respected is at the heart of everything we do. We are incredibly proud to have this recognised once again.”
This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to diversity, equality, and LGBT+ inclusion, ensuring that Red House School remains a place where everyone can thrive.
Achieving the Rainbow Flag Award once again reinforces Red House School’s role as a leader in fostering inclusive education. We remain committed to creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all pupils, staff, and families.
