SeniorRed House School Pupil Crowned National Champion in uTalk Language Games
We are thrilled to announce that Rosalie, a talented Year 8 pupil at Red House School, has been named the National Winner of the 2025 uTalk Language Games – a prestigious competition that celebrates linguistic skill and cultural understanding.

The competition, which draws entries from schools across the country, challenges pupils to develop their language skills through a series of engaging and interactive games.
In the national final, pupils were required to learn Alsatian– a language they had never studied before – using the uTalk app. This tested their ability to quickly acquire unfamiliar vocabulary, pronunciation and comprehension under pressure. Rosalie’s outstanding performance secured her the top spot in this highly competitive challenge.
Adding to our pride, Gareth achieved an impressive 3rd place, and Daniel ranked 7th – placing three Red House pupils in the top ten nationally. A phenomenal achievement that reflects their dedication, hard work, and passion for languages.
We are incredibly proud of Rosalie, Gareth and Daniel. Their success in a national competition like the uTalk Language Games demonstrates not only their talent but also the strength of language learning at Red House School.
Congratulations to all three pupils – your Red House family is beaming with pride!
