Wrap Around Care Assistant (Junior School), Term Time

Hours: 13 hours & 45 minutes per week (term time only). The hours are Monday to Friday, 3.15-6pm

Salary: £10.42 per hour.

Start date: As soon as possible.

We are looking to appoint a Wrap Around Care Assistant in the Junior School to oversee the supervision of pupils after school from 3.15-6pm (Mondays-Fridays – term time only).

The Wrap Around Care Assistant (Junior School), will work under the instruction and guidance of the Wrap Around Care Leader at the Junior School. They will work as part of the Wrap Around Care Team, providing high quality childcare prior to the child being collected, and ensuring the wellbeing and safety of pupils, in line with the School’s policies and procedures.

In common with all employees of the school, the post-holder will:

• Share the motivation to work with children and young people.
• Have the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children.
