What is the Rainbow Flag Award?
The Rainbow Flag Award is a nationally recognised accreditation that supports schools in developing and promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion, equality and diversity.
It helps schools to:
- Promote respectful language and positive behaviour
- Embed inclusion across teaching and learning
- Support staff with training and confidence
- Ensure pupils learn about diversity in an age-appropriate and meaningful way

Achieving this award again is something we are extremely proud of. It reflects the culture we continue to build every day at Red House School.
